- Stakeholder Experience: Experience of working with multiple stakeholders at block and Gram Panchayat level.
- Language: Proficiency in Odia is essential.
- Local Dialect: Basic knowledge of any local dialect is preferable.
- Computer Knowledge: Basic computer skills are required.
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 62 years.
- Other Requirement: Candidates must be willing to stay and travel extensively in remote villages in the project areas.

- Leading the Block Facilitation Team.
- Facilitating implementation of project activities in project villages.
- Directly engaging with local communities for project implementation.
- Providing secretarial assistance to the Gram Panchayat Support Unit.
- Facilitating interaction between the District Project Implementation Team and local stakeholders.
- Coordinating with relevant Government officials at the block level.
- Liaising with Gram Panchayats in the project area.
- Supporting training of farmers and community members.
- Acting as a Master Trainer for sustainable farming systems and integrated landscape management practices.
- Monitoring project activities through the project MIS.
- Preparing project documentation and reports.
- Supporting the preparation of case studies.
- Travelling extensively within the project areas as required.
